Gabriel Nicholas is a joint fellow at the NYU School of Law’s Information Law Institute and Center for Cybersecurity. His research focuses on tech competition and algorithmic explainability. Gabriel received his MS in Information Management and Systems from the UC Berkeley School of Information in 2018 and his BS from Tufts University in Cognitive Science in 2013. Previously, he worked as a software developer at Yahoo for five years. Gabriel’s written work has appeared in Wired, Slate, and The Boston Globe, and he is a contributor at the LA Review of Books.
