Xanthia Hargreaves

Xanthia is an LL.M. student at NYU, specializing in intellectual property and entertainment law. Originally from Australia and Hong Kong, she completed her legal education at the University of Oxford and Leiden University, before training and practicing for four years at Freshfields’ intellectual property team in London. At NYU, she is a staff editor on the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law. She is interested in issues surrounding copyright, data management, digital rights, art law, and the cultural and entertainment sectors.
